What you'll do
- Provide travel support via chat, calls, and email
- Handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings
- Assess customer needs and urgency
- Guide customers to self-service options
- Meet SLA expectations
- Ensure global compliance with policies
- Give feedback to internal stakeholders
- Complete training and meet performance metrics
What you'll need
- 5+ years as a Travel Consultant
- 3+ years GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
- Fluency in English
- Contact center or customer-facing background
- Comfortable with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce
- Flexible for rotating shifts Monday-Sunday
- Reside in Portugal or relocate
- Professional written and verbal communication
