About the role
A senior technical support and deployment role helping ChargePoint station owners activate and troubleshoot networked EV charging stations. It handles customer escalations by email and phone and coordinates dispatch and field technicians, with a remote Canada/US location and annual salary of $70,380–$95,220.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve station activation failures
- Manage customer escalations via email and phone
- Provide phone support during peak call volumes
- Coordinate with field technicians, Sales, and Deployment teams
- Process dispatch requests for replacements and repairs
- Maintain customer interaction and equipment records
- Collaborate cross-functionally on deployment process
- Lead special projects and product rollout tracking
What you'll need
- 3–5 years technical support, deployment, or field service experience
- Associate's degree or vocational/technical diploma or equivalent field experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Technical troubleshooting and software tools proficiency
- Cellular connectivity, SIM provisioning, and signal verification knowledge
- Commercial AC and DC fast charging hardware familiarity preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Effective time management and prioritization
