About the role
Outbound B2B appointment setting role calling US businesses to qualify decision makers and book sales meetings for a client. It pays 30,000 EGP net monthly plus up to 10,000 EGP commission and runs on a fixed 4 pm to midnight shift, with office work in Cairo and remote considered for exceptional candidates.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to US business owners and decision makers
- Get past gatekeepers and reach the right person
- Handle objections and qualify interest
- Book qualified appointments into the client’s calendar
- Log every call and outcome accurately in the CRM
- Hit daily activity targets and monthly appointment goals
What you'll need
- C1 level English
- At least 1 year of sales, telesales, or appointment-setting experience
- University graduate
- Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
- Able to commit to 4 pm to midnight, 5 days a week
- US clients or B2B sales experience is a plus
- CRM experience is a plus
