What you'll do
- Resolve customer queries using resources and training
- Support customers via live chat, telephone, and email
- Reinforce company strategy in the customer experience
- Meet quality, efficiency, and productivity targets
What you'll need
- Previous customer service, contact centre, gaming, betting or office-based support experience
- 1+ years interpreting and responding to customer requests
- Comfortable working across multiple systems
- Good typing speed and computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer support or ticketing platform experience advantageous
- French language skills an asset but not essential
- Comfortable working nightshifts, including weekends on occasion
