About the role
Home-office medical information specialist role answering drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients in French and English. It involves adverse-event and product-complaint intake, translation, and medical writing, with EU/UK work eligibility required.
What you'll do
- Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients
- Translate English documents into French or vice versa
- Identify adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions
- Perform intake and generate initial adverse event and product complaint reports
- Coordinate quality-related complaint responses with internal departments
- Evaluate medical literature to develop written responses
- Support medical writing
- Participate in on-call duties as assigned
What you'll need
- Life sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent
- English at C1 level
- Native French fluency
- Strong clinical background
- Strong translation skills
- Legally eligible to work in the EU or UK
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Call center, medical information, or pharmaceutical experience preferred
