About the role
This is a fully remote team lead role for an SEO customer success team, combining managing a book of SEO clients with leading CSMs and building AI-driven systems. It requires 3+ years of hands-on SEO, 2+ years leading client-facing teams, and EST hours, and is limited to candidates based in the US or Canada.
What you'll do
- Build AI systems, dashboards, and automations for the CSM operation
- Lead and grow the CSM team through coaching, reviews, training, and hiring
- Manage a personal book of SEO clients
- Spot check client SEO strategies and fix issues
- Own retention, upsell, escalations, and churn post mortems
- Run the team on EOS and set ROCKs
What you'll need
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO at an agency or enterprise
- 2+ years leading a customer success or client-facing team
- Experience with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients
- Strong HubSpot experience
- Familiarity with Search Atlas or similar SEO platforms
- SaaS or high-growth tech background
- Based in the US or Canada and able to work EST hours
- Proof of building AI tools, dashboards, automations, or agents
