About the role
Customer service and dispatcher role for home service businesses, handling inbound calls, booking appointments, and coordinating dispatch using HouseCall Pro or similar tools. It is a full-time remote position paying up to $1,450/month with health benefits, PTO, and annual bonuses.
What you'll do
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Handle overflow and after-hours customer inquiries
- Manage calls professionally through VoIP tools
- Follow company scripts and prompts
- Ask plumbing-related diagnostic questions
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
- Support lead tracking via marketing/lead dashboards
- Complete other administrative tasks
What you'll need
- 2+ years customer service experience, ideally in HVAC/plumbing/home services
- Familiarity with HouseCall Pro or similar dispatching/scheduling software
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage high call volumes
- Comfortable with VoIP systems and lead tracking software
- Nice to have: prior plumbing or HVAC industry knowledge
- Nice to have: experience with objection handling or win-back calls
