About the role
Brainlab is hiring a Support Specialist for its Imaging Systems team to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Loop-X systems at hospitals, with both on-site and remote technical support. The role requires Spanish and English, up to 80% regional travel, and offers flexible hours plus a company car, smartphone and laptop.
What you'll do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Loop-X at hospitals
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Perform diagnostics, upgrades and preventive maintenance
- Advise customers and build long-term relationships
- Document service activities accurately
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D and Clinical Support
- Share technical feedback to improve products
- Manage home office days independently
What you'll need
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar
- Initial experience in technical support, ideally healthcare or medtech
- Strong IT, networking and troubleshooting knowledge
- Excellent Spanish and English communication
- Willingness to travel up to 80% in region
- Valid driver's license
- Customer focus and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus
