About the role
Faire is hiring a Customer Experience Associate for a roughly 90-day fixed-term contract. The role provides phone, chat, and email support from a hybrid setup in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, at $23.70 CAD per hour.
What you'll do
- Provide real-time customer support by phone, email, and chat
- Use CRM tools to log and track customer interactions
- Meet metrics such as response times and customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and development sessions

What you'll need
