Full‑Time Cold Caller — Egypt

Full-time remote cold caller role for an Egypt-based real estate lead generation team, making 150–200 outbound calls per day. It pays $5.00/hour plus 5% commission when a generated lead converts, and requires real estate experience, fluent English, and reliable home-office equipment.

• Make 150–200 outbound calls per day using a power dialer
• Engage prospects, build rapport, and identify seller motivation
• Identify and qualify potential real estate leads
• Follow calling scripts and lead-generation processes
• Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM
• Follow up with prospects when necessary
• Meet daily and weekly calling and lead-generation goals
• Coordinate with the team to hand off qualified leads

• Real estate experience is required
• Strong, clear English communication skills
• Experience using a power dialer and CRM systems
• Confident speaking with prospects over the phone
• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
• Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and attendance
