About the role
Telephone sales role promoting insurance and financial products to existing and potential customers, handling leads, appointments, and complaints to meet sales targets. Based on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and requires a bachelor's degree plus up to 3 years of outbound calling experience.
What you'll do
- Promote insurance and financial products by phone
- Handle leads and follow up via CRM/call logs
- Achieve sales targets
- Recommend script adjustments
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Report targets using internal tools
- Report customer disputes promptly
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 0-3 years of tele sales/outbound calling experience
