About the role
Inbound and outbound call center role for an Arabic-speaking account, helping customers with questions, products, and issues. It is an on-site full-time position in Cairo with rotational days off and medical and social insurance.
What you'll do
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls
- Help customers and answer their questions
- Explain company products or services clearly
- Solve customer issues politely and professionally
- Support customer satisfaction
