About the role
German-speaking outbound sales role for TTEC, working from home in Greece, focused on onboarding and activating migrating shipping customers. What you'll do
- Make outbound calls and emails to customers
- Guide customers through onboarding and migration
- Assess shipping profiles and activation needs
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Navigate customer organizations to reach decision-makers
- Escalate complex migration queries
- Support account activation and retention
What you'll need
- Proficiency in German
- Conversational English
- Microsoft Office and CRM competence
- Sales or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently remotely
- Resilience handling customer concerns
