About the role

What you'll do
- Communicate with suppliers by email, phone, and conference calls
- Gather compliance information and confirm document quality
- Handle inbound supplier calls and troubleshoot compliance requests
- Engage unresponsive suppliers through outbound calls and education
- Validate compliance data through quality assurance
- Support internal translations, webinars, and prospect calls
- Collaborate with Program Success on customer and supplier strategy
- Mentor Supplier Support Agents and stay current on regulations
What you'll need
- Excellent English and Spanish communication
- Portuguese proficiency suggested
- Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
- 3-5 years related work experience
- Strong time management and prioritization
- Advanced MS Office and Google Applications proficiency
- Intermediate to advanced regulatory knowledge
- Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
