About the role
Inside sales role in Barcelona for German and English speakers, qualifying inbound and outbound leads and updating CRM records. It offers a permanent 39-hour week, hybrid work after two months, and a €20,000 base salary plus up to €4,000 bonus.
What you'll do
- Qualify data via outbound calling and enrich the sales lead pipeline
- Qualify inbound leads from phone, forms, and live chat
- Provide administrative support for the Lead Assign Tool
- Support funnel management with EU Account Managers and Partner Business Managers
- Maintain IB accounts and create detailed asset records
What you'll need
- Proficient or bilingual German
- Advanced English
- Advanced Windows and strong Excel skills
- Experience with CRM management and data handling
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Available to travel and attend in-person events
- Empathetic, enthusiastic, and strong listener
- Self-motivated and solutions-focused
