Fashion Support Consultant ‑ (Dutch speaking) ‑ Remote ‑ LE02

Remote customer support role for a fashion brand, handling phone, email and other channel inquiries in Dutch and English from Spain. It offers a fixed-term full-time contract, paid training, and a base salary plus performance bonus.

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels
• Log all interactions accurately
• Provide timely solutions in line with SLAs
• Maintain up-to-date product, service, and system knowledge
• Identify and escalate complex cases when needed

• Proficient or bilingual in Dutch
• Advanced level of English
• Good understanding of IT platforms, equipment, and applications
• Comfortable working in a customer service environment
• Strong customer care skills
• Own customer requests through to resolution or escalation
