What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of mid-enterprise customers
- Guide onboarding, adoption, and renewal
- Monitor account health and mitigate churn
- Drive product adoption through training and best practices
- Partner with Sales on upsells and expansion
- Lead customer business reviews
- Operate a high-volume book of business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations
What you'll need
- 2–5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing SaaS/cybersecurity role
- Manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in startup/small high-growth companies
- Data-driven decision making and account health tracking
