About the role
Full-time GMP compliance and customer support role based in Hamburg-Harburg, focused on building GMP documentation and later handling technical customer inquiries, result reviews, and audits. It requires a science degree plus strong German and English, with analytical-lab and GMP experience advantageous.
What you'll do
- Support build-up of the GMP area
- Create and maintain GMP documents such as SOPs and work instructions
- Support method validations and qualifications
- Process technical customer inquiries
- Review analytical raw data and results for GMP compliance
- Release or technically review analytical results and test reports
- Support OOS, OOT and deviation investigations
- Organize customer audits and regulatory inspections
What you'll need
- Master's degree or comparable in chemistry, food chemistry, pharmacy, biology or related natural science
- Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment
- GMP or pharmaceutical industry experience advantageous
- Motivation to build new processes and structures
- Communicative, organized and conscientious personality
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented with compliance affinity
- Very good German and English writing and speaking skills
