About the role
Inside sales role for Microsoft cloud products, focused on converting leads into purchases and growing customer accounts. It requires fluent French, 3–5+ years of sales experience, and is based on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
What you'll do
- Act as first customer contact
- Manage sales from lead to purchase
- Engage SMB customers
- Identify customer needs
- Position Microsoft cloud solutions
- Qualify leads using BANT
- Meet revenue and pipeline targets
- Collect and relay customer feedback
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5+ years sales experience
- 2 years IT sales experience
- 2 years account or customer management
- Fluent French
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office and CRM experience
- Self-starter
