About the role
Elation Health is hiring a Canada-based Billing Subject Matter Expert to resolve complex medical billing and revenue cycle cases in a live support queue. The role requires hands-on RCM experience and pays CAD 60,000–75,000 per year.
What you'll do
- Own complex billing and revenue cycle cases
- Act as billing escalation resource for support specialists
- Diagnose billing context and workflow mismatches
- Partner with Product on billing feedback
- Maintain billing knowledge base, SOPs, and macros
- Help build team RCM literacy
- Track billing-case quality and resolution metrics
What you'll need
- 3+ years hands-on medical billing/RCM experience
- Fluency in CPT/ICD-10 and payer billing rules
- Experience with EHR, practice management, or billing platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort working in a live case queue
- Self-directed and detail-oriented
