Call Center Agent

This is a full-time, on-site call center role in Maadi, Cairo. The agent handles customer inquiries and complaints, keeps interaction records, and moderates social media channels; the posting requires good English and basic Excel skills.

• Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, transactions, complaints, and actions taken
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints and requests
• Follow up and moderate social media channels

• College graduate
• Age 23-29
• Good observing skills

SKY Distribution was founded in 2007 to launch Etisalat, Egypt's third mobile operator, through retail distribution, and now distributes telecom and consumer electronics (including Samsung stores). It runs a call center in Maadi.
