About the role
Wolt is hiring full-time Support Associates for its Berlin-Friedrichshain team to handle written support for customers, couriers and restaurants in German and English. The role is hybrid, involves morning, evening and weekend shifts, and requires C1 fluency in both languages plus prior customer-facing experience.
