About the role
Inbound telesales role for a US vacation-package account, handling calls from members and non-members and converting inquiries into sales. It is on-site in Sheraton, Cairo, with a night shift from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM and pay listed at 20,000–70,000 EGP per month plus bonuses and commission.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound calls from members and non-members
- Present and explain vacation packages
- Build rapport and convert inquiries into sales
- Identify customer needs and tailor package options
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain attendance, punctuality, and professional behavior
- Stay updated on promotions, offers, and product knowledge
What you'll need
- English fluency at C1 level (spoken and written)
- 6 months of sales experience
- Age 18–35
- Graduate, undergraduate, or gap-year candidate
- Available for shifts from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM
- On-site in Sheraton, Cairo
