About the role
RateHawk is hiring a remote Local Support Specialist for its Customer Operations team to support B2B travel partners in Spanish and English. The role involves calls, tickets, escalations, booking changes, and CRM documentation, with remote work and a base salary plus monthly bonus.
What you'll do
- Take calls and provide initial advice to B2B partners
- Provide regular updates on ongoing cases
- Manage incoming tickets and follow up on escalations
- Handle booking modifications and relocations
- Coordinate with other departments
- Balance partner and account manager expectations
- Document partner interactions in CRM
What you'll need
- Advanced Spanish and English
- Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is a plus
