About the role
A new adoption strategist role focused on designing scalable onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops and adoption playbooks for corporate and mid-market customers. It requires deep ElevenLabs product expertise and advanced use of AI tools to automate enablement programs, and it is open only to candidates in Argentina and Brazil.
What you'll do
- Build and deliver scalable enablement and activation programs
- Develop onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops and adoption playbooks
- Audit customer agent prompts, configurations and feature setup
- Track leading and lagging adoption metrics
- Partner with Account Management and CX on adoption campaigns
- Run regional live workshops and webinars
- Unify adoption strategy across customer journey teams
What you'll need
- Extremely analytical
- Comfortable running live enablement at scale
- Advanced with AI tools
- Deep product fluency
- Can build programs that scale across a high-volume book
- Adaptable in an evolving role
- Does not own accounts or technical implementation directly
