Bilingual French/English Customer Support Agent

Bilingual French/English customer support agent handling inquiries by phone, email and chat for a CX outsourcing company in New Cairo. The job is full-time and on-site in New Cairo, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Handle customer inquiries and issues in French and English
• Support customers via phone, email, chat and other digital channels
• Provide accurate information and resolve problems efficiently
• Document interactions in internal systems
• Follow established procedures and quality metrics
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
• Participate in training and give feedback to improve processes

• Fluent spoken and written French and English
• Customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM/ticketing systems
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks
• Adaptability and openness to feedback
• Availability for full-time shifts, including possible evenings, weekends or holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer support, BPO or contact center experience is an advantage
