About the role
Wolt is hiring a part-time remote Support Associate to handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries by chat, phone, and email. The role requires Serbian and English fluency and must be performed from Serbia, with 24/7 rotating shifts and equipment provided.
What you'll do
- Handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries through live chat, phone, and email
- Resolve escalations, operational issues, and time-sensitive cases
- Support multiple Wolt markets, countries, user types, and ticket flows
- Maintain a high-quality customer experience using Wolt's tone of voice
- Follow internal processes, refund policies, escalation paths, and operational guidelines
- Use multiple support platforms, communication channels, knowledge bases, and operational tools
- Stay up to date with new processes, market changes, training materials, and internal updates
What you'll need
- Fluent in Serbian and English (C1)
- At least a high school diploma
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation
- Excellent communication skills and patience
- Strong attention to detail and focus
- Comfortable with new apps and systems
- Strong and reliable internet connection
- All work must be performed from Serbia only
