About the role
This is a back-end seller support role in Amazon's Seller Flex external fulfillment program, based in Mexico City. It focuses on monitoring seller operations, analyzing data, finding root causes, and coordinating with sellers and carriers, with local travel required.
What you'll do
- Monitor assigned sites' performance
- Analyze data and present findings
- Identify operational errors and root causes
- Train and guide sellers on standards
- Create and track operational indicators
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams
- Act as contact between Amazon and sellers
- Implement process improvements
What you'll need
- Bachelor's in quantitative/technical field
- Excel experience
- SQL experience preferred
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Organized and precise
- Comfortable with local travel in Mexico City metro
