About the role
Full-time remote loan processing and client support role for an Australian mortgage business, working AU hours. It requires at least 2 years of Australian mortgage processing experience and Finsure CRM knowledge, with pay listed at PHP 65,000–80,000 per month.
What you'll do
- Manage loan applications from enquiry to settlement
- Collect and follow up on client documents
- Prepare loan submissions in Finsure CRM
- Process applications with lenders and mortgage managers
- Maintain file notes and workflow tracking
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors
- Coordinate with brokers on application progress
- Monitor milestones and follow up outstanding requirements
What you'll need
- Minimum 2 years Australian mortgage broking support or loan processing
- End-to-end loan processing experience
- Experience using Finsure CRM
- Knowledge of Australian home loan products and lending processes
- Experience managing multiple loan applications concurrently
- Familiarity with Australian mortgage compliance standards
- Comfortable with CRM and manual lender submissions
- Excellent written and verbal English
