Associate Sales Development (Bahasa Malaysia& English Speaker)

Renewal sales role focused on retaining and growing an assigned territory through contract renewals, service sales, and upsells. It requires English and Bahasa Malaysia plus at least two years of renewal-sales experience, with high-volume outbound phone and email work.

• Manage a dedicated territory and revenue-based quotas
• Execute end-to-end renewal sales motions
• Negotiate renewal terms to maximize retention and revenue
• Conduct high-volume outbound engagement by phone and email
• Resolve customer concerns, objections, and roadblocks
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
• Collaborate with team members and management

• Minimum 2 years of renewal sales experience
• Success meeting renewal, retention, or revenue targets
• Experience handling quotations and customer negotiations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound customer engagement
• Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset
• English and Bahasa Malaysia language proficiency
• Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
