What you'll do
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Advise on prescription status and shipments
- Triage insurance claim issues
- Provide technical support for pharmacy.amazon.com
- Make outbound calls as needed
- Support Customer Care Representatives with escalations
- Communicate with providers for prescriptions/refills
- Maintain confidentiality and quality
What you'll need
- Active in-state Certified Pharmacy Technician license
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months computer/web tools experience
- Phone and computer multitasking
- English-language prescription communication
