About the role
Customer success consultant for a German Power BI boutique, owning 10–12 client relationships from kickoff to renewal and coordinating Power BI developers. Remote-first within Germany with a target salary of €100,000 per year including base, uncapped client commission and an annual bonus.
What you'll do
- Manage 10–12 client relationships from kickoff to renewal
- Hold quarterly strategy and roadmap discussions
- Pursue renewals before contract end
- Develop follow-up projects from the roadmap
- Prioritize tasks and coordinate developers and freelancers
- Provide technical leadership to Power BI developers
- Escalate dissatisfaction, budget risk or impending churn early
- Record client feedback in ClickUp
What you'll need
- Conduct client conversations independently
- Understand business figures and speak with a CFO at eye level
- Read and explain Power BI reports
- Keep appointments reliably
- Ideally basics in DAX and data modeling or consulting experience
- Comfortable with sales conversations
- Do not avoid problems
