About the role
Cardata seeks a Customer Success Associate to support CSMs with reporting, Excel analysis, audits and program reviews. The remote, full-time role is Canada-based and offers flexible hours plus health and wellness benefits.
What you'll do
- Prepare accurate reports using Cardata reporting tools
- Clean, compare and analyze program data in Excel
- Prepare mileage band audits and rate analyses
- Interpret findings with CSMs for presentations
- Create ad hoc reports for customer needs
- Document recurring reporting requirements
What you'll need
- 1–3 years in operations, reporting or data-focused role
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas
- Strong attention to detail and result verification
- Active listening and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
- Curiosity about customer program data
- Learning agility for product and reporting tools
