About the role
Bilingual German/English customer care role for a fashion-focused brand, handling voice, chat and email inquiries plus escalations. Based in Piraeus, Greece, it pays €1,380 gross per month across 14 salaries and includes health insurance plus transport and meal allowances.
What you'll do
- Track and follow cases to closure
- Maintain high customer satisfaction for a major brand
- Provide technical-based customer assistance via voice, chat, email and other channels
- Escalate unresolved cases to 2nd level support
- Assist customers through their purchase journey
- Answer product and inventory questions
- Process customer and payment details
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
What you'll need
- Bilingual German C1/C2 and English C1/C2
- 1-2 years customer support or technical support experience
- Proven chat, email and phone customer communication experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a remote team player
- Adaptable to process and information changes
- Willing to complete background screening
- Strong PC, internet and Microsoft Office knowledge
