About the role
Bilingual customer advisor providing N2 product support for legal and accounting software, troubleshooting client-reported SQL and data anomalies. Requires English and French, SQL scripting experience, Microsoft SQL tools, and basic accounting or legal knowledge; the listed location is Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
What you'll do
- Handle N2 product support requests from law and accounting firm clients
- Reproduce and analyze software malfunctions using SQL tools, logs, and client data
- Develop and test corrective SQL scripts
- Report critical alerts to development, product, content, and data teams
- Assist Level 1 support and provide continuous training
- Meet clients and partners on sensitive accounting, legal, and IT issues
- Test fixes after development and validate resolution
- Monitor critical application bug resolution
What you'll need
- Bilingual English and French
- Microsoft environments (Windows, 365)
- SQL Profiler and SQL Server Management Studio
- SQL script development
- Comfortable with web technologies
- IT/network knowledge
- Accounting knowledge
- Basic corporate and judicial law knowledge
