About the role
Vultr is hiring a US-based Technical Account Manager to own post-sales technical relationships for cloud infrastructure customers. The role focuses on onboarding, architecture guidance, escalations, and account growth, with a $80,000–$100,000 salary and health insurance plus remote-office stipends.
What you'll do
- Lead customer onboarding and architecture guidance
- Own post-sales technical relationships
- Run technical reviews and QBRs
- Coordinate escalations with Support and Engineering
- Document incident reviews and root causes
- Identify account growth and adoption opportunities
- Advise on performance and spend optimization
- Provide product feedback and participate in betas
What you'll need
- 3–5+ years in TAM, Solutions Architect, Support Engineering, DevOps, or Technical Success
- Strong Linux, virtualization, and cloud networking knowledge
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience
- Experience with containers, CI/CD, and observability
- Ability to translate customer needs into recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
