About the role
Onboarding partners into an industry-specific peer group, presenting one-on-one sessions and guiding them through program processes before handoff to a Program Manager. Based in the UK, with travel to quarterly meetings and potential to move into the TruPeer Program Manager role as the EMEA cohort grows.
What you'll do
- Guide and present new partners through one-on-one meetings
- Train partners on peer systems and processes
- Set expectations for success in the peer program
- Maintain knowledge of the scaling program
- Aid the Program Management team
- Travel to quarterly meetings and provide logistical assistance
What you'll need
