Enterprise Implementation Consultant ‑ German Fluency

Samsara is hiring an Enterprise Implementation Consultant in Germany to lead deployments for large customers, from project planning and solution workshops to training and change management. The role requires 4+ years in implementation, project management, or management consulting, German fluency, and up to 30% travel to customer sites.

• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers
• Own project management including project plans, RAID logs, and governance meetings
• Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes
• Guide customers through change management including policy, comms, and training
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and work cross-functionally

• 4+ years experience in senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting role
• Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred
• Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies
• 2+ years supporting or working with technical products
• 2+ years running on-site workshops with over 10 stakeholders
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating with stakeholders
• German fluency
