What you'll do
- Support Trump Accounts customers by phone, email, and chat
- Surface patterns and friction points to drive continuous improvement
- Develop deep product knowledge on eligibility, contributions, and custodial account mechanics
- Aggregate agent feedback on process pain points and product gaps
- Maintain flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
What you'll need
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- US citizen or lawful permanent resident
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfort in a high-visibility, high-scrutiny support environment
- Ability to adapt to phone and written support channels
- Independent judgment and task prioritization
- Schedule flexibility
- In-person attendance 5 days per week in Westlake, TX
