About the role
A full-time, on-site real estate sales/call-centre role in New Cairo handling customer inquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp and assigning leads to franchise owners. It is open to fresh graduates with zero experience and asks for strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
What you'll do
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Assign new leads to franchise owners
- Maintain records of leads and customer interactions
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field is a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Ability to manage stakeholders' expectations
- Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
