About the role
Remote customer service role for a bridal/wedding services business, handling CRM workflows, email support, bookings, invoicing, and project management for brides. It is Philippines-based, full-time on 9am-6pm EST hours, with PHP 38,000/month pay and paid training.
What you'll do
- Manage workflows and tasks in Dubsado CRM
- Handle email communication and customer service
- Manage invoicing and bookings
- Support project management for brides throughout their journey
What you'll need
- At least 3 years as a Customer Service Representative assisting international clients
- Excellent English written and verbal communication
- Impeccable interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRMs, VoIP, cloud services, and desktop sharing
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
- Tech savvy and proactive
- Able to work a graveyard shift
