About the role
A new Adoption Strategist role at ElevenLabs focused on building scalable onboarding, lifecycle campaigns, workshops and enablement programs for corporate and mid-market customers in APAC. It requires deep product expertise, analytical adoption-metrics work and advanced use of AI tools to automate programs, without directly owning individual accounts.
What you'll do
- Design and run onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops and adoption playbooks
- Build scalable enablement and activation programs for corporate and mid-market customers
- Develop deep product expertise across ElevenLabs, especially ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
- Audit customer agent prompts, configurations and feature setup to identify gaps
- Track adoption metrics with Revenue Operations and develop data-driven strategies
- Partner with Account Management and CX on targeted adoption and enablement campaigns
- Engage implementation partners and internal teams to unify adoption strategy
- Create programs that scale across a high-volume book rather than custom one-account work
