About the role
Renewal sales role focused on retaining and growing revenue through contract renewals, service sales, and upsells for an assigned territory. Requires 2+ years of renewal sales experience and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with high-volume outbound phone and email engagement.
What you'll do
- Manage a dedicated territory and meet revenue quotas
- Execute end-to-end renewal sales motions
- Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations
- Negotiate renewal terms to maximize retention and revenue
- Engage customers through high-volume outbound phone and email
- Resolve customer concerns, objections, or roadblocks
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
What you'll need
- Minimum 2 years of renewal sales experience
- Success against renewal, retention, or revenue targets
- Experience handling quotations and customer negotiations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Comfort with outbound customer engagement
- Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- IT, SaaS, or Cybersecurity experience is a plus
