About the role
Customer Success Associate role at Instructure managing a book of Tier 3 medium-sized accounts in higher and vocational education across EMEA, working alongside Customer Success Managers. It requires fluent Spanish and English and European working hours, with a monthly salary of HUF 850,000–875,000.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Drive customer adoption of Instructure solutions
- Retain and maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales on growth and pipeline generation
- Advocate for customers with Product and Engineering
- Partner with CSMs, Sales and Renewals on escalations
- Develop one-to-many digital campaigns, FAQs and templates
- Maintain CRM data and EMEA playbook documentation
What you'll need
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work European hours
- Passion for education and technology with technical aptitude
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong prioritization and multitasking under pressure
- Familiarity with Canvas LMS is a plus
- Background check required
