Billing Support Analyst ‑ Philippines

Mixmax is hiring a Billing Support Analyst to resolve customer billing questions, handle refunds, invoicing and past-due collections, and keep Stripe records accurate. The role is based in the Philippines and requires overlapping North American business hours, with a mix of customer support, billing operations and technical troubleshooting.

• Answer billing questions in the support queue, explaining charges, proration and plan changes
• Diagnose technical issues behind billing tickets and work with Support and Engineering to fix them
• Prepare, correct and send invoices; process refunds, credits and cancellations within policy
• Handle past-due invoice collection and failed-payment follow-up
• Run reconciliations between Stripe, Salesforce and product data
• Spot patterns in billing tickets and turn them into fixes or process changes
• Write and update billing macros, help-center articles and process docs
• Use AI and automation to work faster while verifying every number by hand

• 3+ years combined experience in technical customer support and billing support
• Experience at a technology or SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with Stripe and/or accounting and billing software
• Very strong with numbers (proration, percentages, discounts, reconciliations)
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Working knowledge of AI tools and how to check their output
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Based in the Philippines with a reliable home setup and schedule overlapping North American business hours
