About the role
Local Support Specialist for RateHawk's B2B travel partners, handling calls, tickets, escalations and booking changes in Italian and English. Remote full-time role open to candidates in Egypt and several other listed countries, with a base salary from EUR 1,000 plus a monthly bonus.

- Take calls and advise B2B partners in Italian and English
- Provide regular updates on ongoing cases
- Manage incoming tickets and follow up on escalations
- Handle booking modifications and relocations
- Collaborate with other departments
