About the role
A remote customer service role at a New Jersey-based 3PL, owning one or two client accounts and managing orders from receipt through delivery, including routing, BOLs and retailer compliance. It requires existing logistics/warehouse experience and EST working hours, and is open to candidates in the Philippines.
What you'll do
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
- Receive, review and process incoming orders accurately
- Manage high-volume email and WhatsApp communication with clients
- Coordinate shipment routing per client and end-customer requirements
- Ensure shipments meet retailer compliance standards (Walmart, Amazon, Home Depot, etc.)
- Generate bills of lading, shipping labels and compliance documents
- Liaise between clients and the warehouse manager on priorities and issues
- Track fulfillment status and resolve execution issues quickly
What you'll need
- Experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, warehousing, supply chain or import/export
- Hands-on US retailer routing and compliance experience
- Understanding of order workflows and shipping documentation (BOLs, labels, routing guides)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong written English
- Process-driven with high attention to detail
- Comfortable in a Windows environment with VPN and remote desktop
- Available to work EST business hours
