Associate Sales Development (Thai & English Speaker)

This is a renewal sales role for Thai- and English-speaking candidates, focused on contract renewals, service sales, and upsells within an assigned territory. It requires at least two years of renewal sales experience and involves high-volume outbound phone and email work, quotations, negotiation, and CRM tracking.

• Manage territory renewals, service sales, and upsell quotas
• Prepare quotations and negotiate renewal terms
• Engage customers by phone and email at high volume
• Resolve customer objections and retention roadblocks
• Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with team and sales manager
• Use data and AI tools to optimize sales workflows

• Minimum 2 years in renewal sales
• Track record meeting retention or revenue targets
• Experience with quotations and customer negotiations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound customer engagement
• English and Thai language proficiency
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience
• IT/SaaS/Cybersecurity experience is a plus
