What you'll do
- Provide travel support via chat, calls, and email
- Handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings
- Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences
- Guide customers on self-service options
- Meet SLA expectations
- Follow company and customer policies
- Give feedback to internal stakeholders
- Maintain travel industry knowledge
What you'll need
- Must reside in Portugal or relocate
- 5+ years as a Travel Consultant
- 3+ years with GDS
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Contact center or customer-facing background
- Comfortable with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce
- Flexible to work rotating shifts Monday-Friday, 7 AM-11 PM
- Able to work independently and troubleshoot
