Appointment Setter

Turn warm leads into booked appointments for a US real estate investment company: work inbound leads fast, re-engage old CRM contacts and follow up consistently. Remote for candidates in Africa (including Egypt), LATAM and Eastern Europe, on US Eastern hours; 2+ years of phone-based appointment setting or sales.

• Contact new inbound leads within the speed-to-lead target
• Convert interested prospects into booked appointments
• Follow up with prospects who haven't booked
• Re-engage past leads in the CRM
• Log every call and outcome

• 2+ years in appointment setting, inside sales or phone-based sales
• Experience converting warm inbound leads
• Real estate, investing or financial services experience preferred
• GoHighLevel, Close.io or similar CRM/dialer experience preferred
• Available 9am–5pm EST

The position is fully remote and open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Representatives must be available during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone; the schedule is 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Pay is $4.40 per hour, with final compensation set after evaluating experience and location. Work involves inbound and outbound calls, Zendesk ticket management, live chat, and Zoom, with follow-up to maintain a healthy customer pipeline and high customer satisfaction.
